What is the warranty included with the product ?

All Skyrack products carry a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in workmanship or materials. If any defect appears on your Skyrack product during the warranty, please contact us by email.

Orders

How can i pay my order ?

You can pay your order at the checkout with all major debit and credit cards, with your PayPal account and via Apple Pay.

Where is my invoice ?

After complete your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order information. You will also receive an official invoice in the package.

What is the return policy ?

All Skyrack products include a return policy of 30 days after the reception of the order. The product must not have been used. You will be refunded the total amount of your order minus the shipping cost. Contact us by email before returning any product.

I did not receive an email after my order?

If you have not received a confirmation email after your order, please check your spam emails. If you still can not find our email, please contact us by email.

Shipping

What is the shipping time ?

All orders in Canada are shipped within one business day. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.

Shipping time:

Québec: 2-3 business days

Ontario: 2-3 business days

West of Canada: 4-5 business days

What is the delivery company?

All orders in Canada are shipped with Dicom Express or with Canpar Express. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.

How can i track my order ?

When your order will be shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number of the shipping carrier.
