All Skyrack products carry a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in workmanship or materials. If any defect appears on your Skyrack product during the warranty, please contact us by email.
You can pay your order at the checkout with all major debit and credit cards, with your PayPal account and via Apple Pay.
After completing your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order informations. You will also receive an official invoice in the package.
All Skyrack products include a return policy of 30 days after the reception of the order. The product must not have been used. You will be refunded the total amount of your order minus the shipping cost. Contact us by email before returning any product.
If you have not received a confirmation email after your order, please check your spam emails. If you still can’t find our confirmation message, please contact us by email.
All orders in Canada are shipped within one business day. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.
Québec: 2-3 business days
Ontario: 2-3 business days
West of Canada: 4-5 business days
All orders in Canada are shipped with Dicom Express or with Canpar Express. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.
When your order will be shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number of the shipping carrier.
